RETURNS

To ensure the safety and well-being of infants, we take great care in selecting materials and testing the safety of our products. As we deal exclusively with infant products, we understand the importance of maintaining the quality and hygiene of our merchandise.

For this reason, we do not resell any products that have been returned to us, as we cannot guarantee the product's condition or exposure to potential contaminants, allergens, or other harmful substances. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all infants.

If you need to return an item, please note the following requirements:

  1. The returned items must be unworn and with the original labels.
  2. The return must be sent to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  3. The return must include the original packing slip.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the order. This credit will be sent to the email address used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be processed.

Once a shipment has been forwarded back to Thornberry you will need to email our support team at support@thornberrykids.com with your order # and the tracking number of your returned shipment. Once received, you will be sent an email with a code for your store credit amount.

Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges while using your store credit. 

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Thornberrykids is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery, we will gladly replace it.

To request a replacement, please send an email to our support team at support@thornberry.com within 5 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and a photo of the damaged product(s). Our support team will review your request and respond with a personalised solution.

  

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Thornberry offers shipping protection to cover any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If your order is returned to us for any reason, we will reship it to you free of charge. With shipping protection, we offer store credit or a replacement product without any extra charges.

If you choose "Local Pickup" as your shipping option, you do not need to purchase shipping protection, as this only covers your order during transit.
